Exterior Painting Preparation Services Includes:
Power Wash
Low-pressure power washing will remove debris and prepare the area being repainted.
Trench
Soil around the building's foundation will be trenched to allow painting below the ground level.
Scrape & Sand
Areas of loose paint will be scraped and sanded to create a firm and tight bond. Glossy areas will be scuff-sanded to ensure adhesion.
Prime & Nail
Top quality primer will be applied to all bare wood. Rusted metal will be coated with rust-inhibiting red primer. Loose nails will be reset or replaced as necessary.
Caulk & Glaze
Loose caulking will be replaced with top quality 50-year sealants. Window panes with missing glazing will also be filled with new putty.
Stucco & Cracks
Holes and cracks are cleaned and re-textured to match the stucco wall.
Masking
All areas to be painted will be covered and protected against over-spray and splatters. Landscaping, concrete walks, roofs, windows, furniture, and plants will be covered.
Clean Up
Each crew will work in a clean and professional manner. Each job site is cleaned before the end of every day and at the end of the project. Touch up paint is left in labeled cans for your convenience.
Inspection
Our crew will perform a completion inspection with the client to ensure everything is completed to perfection.

Interior Painting Preparation Services Includes:
Setup
Large furniture will be moved to the center of the room. Flooring and furnishings will be covered for protection.
Preparation
Surfaces to be painted will be cleaned, walls and holes will be fixed, gaps will be caulked, stains and repairs are primed or sealed, and glossy surfaces and smooth walls are scuff sanded to allow for the best possible adherence. Our crew will also move and clean underneath any appliances as needed.
Paint Application
Steve Holloway painters apply the quality paint of your selection.
Clean Up
Our crew will return your furniture and appliances to their original position. They will vacuum the floors and carpets and will ensure no debris is left behind. Touch up paint is left in labeled cans for your convenience.
Inspection
The painting crew will perform an inspection with each client to make sure the requested areas were all painted properly. Final touch ups can be completed during this time.
